Glutes!!!!!
Workout Routine:
20 walking lunges (10 each side) with plate overhead (I used a 35 pound plate)
10 squat jumps
10 thrusts with barbell (I used a 60 pound bar)
Repeat 4 times
3 sets of 15 glute push backs machine- I used 100 lbs
3 sets of 10 (each side) donkey kicks with bands
