20 Walking Lunges Holding Plate Overhead (I used a 35 lb plate)
10 Hip Thrusters on Bench with Straight Bar (I used a 60 lb bar)
Repeat 5 times

10 Donkey Kicks Both Legs On Pulley Machine (I used 15 lbs)
10 Bulgarian Split Squats Holding Plate Overhead (10 each leg, I used a 25lb plate)
Repeat 3 times

20 Glute Pushdowns on Assisted Pull Up Machine (I used 115 lbs)
20 Walking Lunges Holding Plate Overhead (I used a 35 lb plate)
Repeat 3 times
