Almond Joy Protein Shake

In the spirit of halloween...

In a blender, add:

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used BSN chocolate coconut lean dessert powder)

Blend, adding more milk if necessary.

Top with shredded coconut flakes and chopped almonds.

Macros: 320 calories, 12 grams of fat, 20 carbs, 25 grams of protein.
